The Only Way
John 14:6
“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
They say insanity is doing the same old thing over and over again, but expecting different results.
Similar to “The Prodigal Son” in Luke 15:17-20, when I finally “came to my senses” after my first ten months of incarceration, I wanted to go home to my Father. I returned to Him.
I decided I was going to do things differently, so I could be different, and so I could finally make a difference in the lives of my family, and in my community.
The only way this can happen is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord! Each of us must make our own decision. Have you made this decision? Have you decided to go “all in and all out” for Jesus?
There is no better time to cry out for God. He will hear you. His Word says you are special to Him. He will help you. He loves you wherever, and however, and whoever you are now. You do not have to “change” before you find Jesus. He will change you if you let Him. Just go to Him. He will take care of the rest.
TODAY’S CHALLENGE:
Tell God the Father you believe, and confess, that Jesus is the only way to Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus to you.
Stop running from God. Get up, dust yourself off, and go home.
