We will never know this side of heaven how the Holy Spirit will use our seed-planting to bring multiple harvests resulting in countless lives touched by the Good News of Jesus!
We are often asked why we choose to do prison ministry. Charles T. Studd, missionary to formerly unreached people in Asia and Africa, said it best:
There are so many creative ways to minister and work in the harvest fields! God can and will send out anyone to be His voice, hands, and feet!

The Sermon on the Mount
The Epitome of the Ethics of the Kingdom of God
Matthew Chapters 5-7
In the Sermon on the Mount Jesus exposed Himself as one who is a “doer of the Word.” He was the Word.
He told us how to live. He told us how to be blessed. He is the example of goodness. If these rules were imposed, it would not be possible. But as He exposed Himself as one who was willing to lay down His life and not compromise the rules of the Kingdom, so the hope is given to us that we can do the same thing. It is not in ourselves. It is in the helps of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Also, as you read the be-atitudes, remember that Jesus wants us to be blessed. There are just certain rules to be followed. He told us how to be blessed…nine ways.
All these begin with “blessed are.” When we do these, we are blessed. When we do not do these, we are left alone to our own end. That is not good.
Receive these blessings through action, prayer, asking and defending the Words of Jesus. Stand up for Jesus. Live like you should. Be blessed according to Mathew 6:33.
